What are the types of UDID Card Number ?
hree types of coloured based UDID Cards are issued based on the severity of the disability-
- White Card: When the disability percentage of a PwD is below 40% issued.
- Yellow Card: When the disability percentage of a PwD is above 40% but up to 79%.
- Blue Card: When the disability percentage of a PwD is 80% and above.
